i have a maxtor 160GB , diamond max20 , STM3160811AS , fw:3.AAE
I have two problems with it
1st) when i start it , it remain in busy mode
2nd) in which family should i work on it ?

This is a Seagate disk branded MAxtor.

Select seagate utility and view terminal response when powered on

This HDD belongs to Seagate 7200.9
