I have a 54098U8 that is not supported with the PC-3000. It boots but does not read S/N and I cannot access LBAs.
Auto recovery does not work.
I cannot boot from internal drive program.
I cannot read any modules.
I cannot create a loader.
Is there anything I can do to recover this drive?
Thank you.

Does the drive reach ready?
What does it show on firmware version?

First of all, the PC3000 UDMA won't read the firmware of the drive, so a PC3000 IDE model was used.
The drive comes ready. The PC3000 identifies the bad drive as a Draco (the same way that it identifies Maxtors with corrupted firmware by generic family name). The PC3000 gives the passport info on other good Draco drives.
When attempting to create a loader with the bad drive, it errors out or I get State"SH=0" in the bar.
When I try to make loaders from other good Draco drives, I only get errors.
What can I do?

I would hot-swap this drive :O) And then just check SA if you really want to repair that drive.
