Can Not Access SA in Maxtor N40P

I have one Maxtor N40P detected as NAR63G4Z in UDMA PC 3K with time out error during overlaies loading when I try to access the SA by using a loader in safe mode.
Another strange thing is even if I set the jumper to master, PC3K still detecct as safe mode.
I tried with many different loaders from different donor drive with same result.
Any one has any idea how to access the SA in this case ?
