i have maxtor80Gb.when i power on the head start knocking.then i have ready state in pc3000.after i run the maxtor utilty the hdd can not detect you can see the attachment.the data is very important.plz help me

Your HDD should show MAXTOR CALYPSO, instead it seems that it is trying to show MAXTOR FALCON, which is a older series. Also, you may have problem with cable or PCB.
Are you sure you connect correct HDD for screenshot??
In my experience, it seems that heads type '42' (6Y080L0422611) almost always has some level of head failure, or at least poor surface. You must properly diagnose to confirm fault first, but I would expect some level of head failure in this model.
