BUG: Read using "Utility" reverts to normal read when using multiple passes...

This applies to Toshiba drives with glist corruption when you can only read using utility.

Read using "Utility" with glist fix works when checking LBA in Toshiba utility. It also works in DE when setup in a single Configuration (and works for something like scanning MFT using current read settings).

But, if you use multiple passes in DE (like I do), then the "Utility" read option doesn't stick. It reverts to "use hardware retries" and sectors are "green" instead of "orange" (and... corrupt).

Hi all,

"multiple passes" option doesn't support Active utility reading mode.

Well,
If it can be implemented for single pass it can be done for multiple passes too ,Its just some programming effort and can be surely done .
