Hi Guys
Got a case here: I changed PCB on this one (USB to SATA) and could get it to ID and I also saved FW (no noises, nothing).
Opened Data Extractor to start to image, and when I pressed the Headmap button, it started clicking like hell.
After power off, it never worked again... Spins up, no click, but always busy....
Did anyone got a problem like this??

If drive didn't clicked before something your actions but then it starts to doing then it get worsed...
Looks like the Heads are in very bad condition for now.
Better to check this case inside before any next diagnostic steps.

Heads look good inside. Didn't looked under microscope tough...

Look around the sliders and on the surface of them at 30x to 40x magnification
