How can i solve this difficult issue?

I have an Sata Toshiba P/N 9F14318, Capacity : 3.0TB drive and after it is fall down from 15cm (desk to floor) it is clicking..
iam trying to take my files..can you help me?

if it is clicking and not detecting in pc3k so i think you need to find a donor hdd to change the the patient hdd.

the heads of your patient hdd that falls,should change with the same hdd that have ok heads.

the model and firmware should be the same.

Why does it come as a surprise that a dropped drive might need donor heads? There is a good chance that the damage is fatal and it would be well advised to inspect the drive in the clean room before ordering a donor drive for parts.

What to do in a clean room? just to move the heads off and put it back ..and will work?

You will probably have more luck in outsourcing it, at least in the short term until you have required facilities and experience to take these on yourself.

How can i learn more about DR ? any wiki or pdf books for reading? do y advise any?

You can try to do head swaps on your own HDD's and pratice with them.
When you feel confident, you can work on client's hdd's.
