Toshiba Password Locked

We need some assistance unlocking a Toshiba MK1032GSX.

We have tried the standard proceedure on PC3K to reset password but it has not been effective. There is a message about wrong password count exceeded.

If I perform Drive ID, under security subsystem the information shows password set - yes, hdd frozen - yes, wrong password count exceeded - yes.

It looks like the user has enter the wrong password too many times and the drive is locked, does anyone have a proceedure they can share to get this drive unlocked?

This may also happen, hard drive heads are not able to write anything.
Tell us what is displayed within "Log" tab after you try to apply password reset command?
