Hello everybody
each time I connect a toshiba hard disk & try to take backup , I get error com port not detected.
I cant read /backup cp. Is it necessary to use com port for toshiba? How to connect to hdd?

You can connect to Toshiba with PC-Toshiba adapter.
Please check your kit for that adapter or order it from ACE Laboratory sales manager you spoke before.
