Could any one mark the Fuses for Toshiba GSX laptop drive.

Usually its the first thing on the board on the line coming in from +5V on the SATA power plug.

the photo is not clear enough. usually you can find it beneath the 'F1' just beneath the data connector and is a small component with a letter 'N' printed on it. May not be exact the same, but should be good place to start.
Also, looks like you got yourself a ROM chip here, so ROM swap to another PCB could work.
