MQ02ABF050H cannot read sector

Hi all
I am having a Toshiba MQ02ABF050H hard drive
it boots up looks so ok
but sector cannot be read

SIGNATURE SCAN FAILED
?

Could you connect terminal and power up the drive? And post screenshot of terminal window here?

Looks like a NAND issue to me, needs to be flushed over terminal

Toshiba SSHD (Hybrid drives)

Work with Service Area --> HDD Configuration Changing --> Flash Permanent Cache --> OFF
Or issue >NVA command in terminal and Restart Drive.

Flash permanent cache parameter: it was faded and cannot be turned on or off
MQ02xxx I think it's not supported

It's supported.
And NAND can be disabled - that's a solution.
As was mentioned - connect terminal adapter, launch Toshiba utility and select ang MQ****H family name (important that 'H' in the end of family name).
then go to Work with Service Area --> HDD Configuration Changing --> Flash Permanent Cache --> OFF as was mentioned.
Then check sector access - should be available.
