Unfortunately we haven't such list of Toshiba USB drives.
Can advice only solder the Sata adapter on USB pcb.

What I would suggest you try, if you don't want to do any soldering, is to match a SATA drive as if you're trying to get a heads donor. Just replace the letter "U" in the model with the letter "A" and match the other necessary specs. I know that works for getting heads, and I'd imagine will also get you a compatible SATA PCB.

Motor controller (eg TLS2602) and MCU (eg 88i9317-RA12) should match between patient and donor. Also, same family which can be found by substituting the 'U' for 'A' as already suggested

Matching the motor and mcu is what is needed for PCB replacement.

You don't actually have to buy the whole drive. What I'm suggesting is that you find a drive which matches those specs, then see what PCB it uses. Then you really only have to buy the donor PCB. Probably can do all the necessary research on donordrives.com to find out what you'll need.
