Does TOSHIBA Laptop PCB Have ROM chip?

Trying to figure out if this burnt Toshiba laptop PCB has a ROM chip that needs to be moved to donor PCB.

Is the ROM chip the 8 legged chip shown in my closeup photo at the top right?

Hello

Usually ROM chip locates on the position IC12, and usually ROM chip is 8 legged chip with digits 25 it it's marking.
It will be better if you write model name of your drive.

Actually your PCB looks like from Hitachi IBM drive, ATMR family .
Are you sure that it's Toshiba?
Hitachi IBM drives has ROM chip on position U3 and Nvram chip on position U6.
