MK4021GAS

Hi all,

I have a Toshiba HD MK4021 GAS. The BIOS of the Compuer, it recognizes correct Type and i could read a portion of sectors. I think one head is defect.
The problem is:
On PC3000UDMA the toshiba util dont work with this HD.
After switch on Power, the BSY, DRD, DSC, DRQ and IDX ight green, DWF CRR and ERr are red.
After Toshiba util start al Error register lights red.
This is the log:
Techno On............................... : Techno On error : Drive is not ready

Zone table.............................. : Zone table read error Drive is not ready

G-List reading error.................... : SA read error : Drive is not ready

CP Avalable............................. : 33,34,44,55,91,92,93,94,95,97,98,9A,9B,AA,BB,C1,CC,DD

I checked the correct jumpering.
What is the problem??
