Hello,
As you said they were mirror pair ,Have you tried logical recovery on both or in one only ,Might be one was offline since few months ?

+1 as Amarbir says, one drive has been offline for a longer time. Check the other drive, have seen this many times.

Hello Amarbir and Digital support
Max from acelab did tried that he said one of the drive is hangs up so he prefer to work work on the other mirror drive .
As drive was in mirror configuration it should have mirror data
if one one of the drive is offline other should have the current information.
but both the drive have the same informaiton
Both have the same file structure. They both missing a lot of information since april 01,2019
even user created after april no longer exist on the system.
So may be one of the drive was offline but I should have the data on the other drive
I was advised by max that I should try scan used space
so far no luck
Thank you Amarbir and Digital support

What do you mean by the drive 'hangs up' the data must be on that drive.

Re: WD2003fzex-00SRLA0 Missing ALL New files
Yes Data is there but is older data
in both partition files is like all from april 2019
I created the image of the one of the drive
All files and folder are there but they do not have recent Data
seems like all the server reset back to april 2019
on april 9th server was working fine no problem
on april 13 they reported that server was not started it shows error in one of the raid drive
i tested the server drive they both have the data
they both have the data and but older
then i searched the folder name >>> all the sudden i can see other missing folders
all the sudden those folder disappeared
i never seen anything like this in 26 year
Let me know if anything else you can think off

So do you have a 100% image of the drives with no bad sectors?

You have to create images of both drives to see if either of them have any bad sectors. Only when you have done that can you tell the condition of the RAID.

Re: WD2003fzex-00SRLA0 Missing ALL New files
At any point, was a RAID rebuild performed?
My guess, just from reading this... you had one drive offline for some time (since April 2019). At some point, the drive that the computer was operating from also kicked offline and the system switched back to the old out of sync drive. Then, the up-to-date drive came back online and a rebuild was done cloning all sectors from the out-of-sync drive onto the other drive.
That would explain exactly what you are finding.

Hello Paul,
Try to check parity on the array. Also, what's file system on the raid?
