Apple Fusion on PC-3000

Hello experts. Client brought inn an Apple iMac with Fusion drives.
Is it possible to connect the two drives to PC-3000 Portable RAID Edition to recover user files on the fusion drive?

You might have to image the drives and then add them to the raid
