Can't find "Scan NTFS structures"

Hi there

According to Data Extractor manual (chapter 4.8.8), there is supposed to be a "Scan NTFS structures" menu option in the right-click menu for the drive (in Explorer view). But I can't find it.

I suppose Partition analysis will do much the same; however when running Partition analysis on the drive I'm working on, it fails and suggest "Scan NTFS structures" instead.

Anyone knows where to find it?

Thanks!

Are you right clicking on the specific partition or on the physical drive?

I tried both, no luck. Does anyone have this option?

Thanks

According to ACE "search file systems structures" is another thing.. But they never answered my question on where to find the "Scan NTFS structures" referred to in the manual.
