If you can provide a better description, we can probably give a much better answer and give more guidance. For example, how was the drive originally formatted (NTFS, HFS+, FAT)? How did you format the drive (e.g. Windows, WD Smartware, etc.)? What did you format it to? Did you add any data, reinstall the OS, etc. after it was formatted? What type of memory storage device is it (HDD, SSD, Thumb drive)?

If you give us a nice story of what happened, we'll have a better picture of the current condition of the data.

wd model WD10JPVX-75JC3T0 size 1TB disk formatted and os re installed.can we recover in pc 3000? which option i need to select pls help.

There's a lot more to an NTFS file system than just the MFT. There's the indexing in the middle of the partition, various folder/file structures stored across the data area, etc. Knowing what happened will provide a complete picture of the situation. Jumping to conclusions without getting the full story is a great way to waste a week chasing ghosts that don't exist.
