No SATA connection!

Hello,

Imaging mapped files and folder using DE.
Model No ST31000528AS.
imaging with individual head Out of 4 heads.
While imaging H1/H2/H3 worked fast but H0 imaging very slow(Speed less that 1KB/S).
While imaging with h0 it runs for some time (with speed of less than 1 kbps) imaging process stops with following error

Software reset...
Hardware reset Ok
No SATA connection!
Read sectors (1 887 725 431-1) ext error NO SATA Connection

Copying Size 1.1 MB/ 194.1 GB 0.0 B/ 2.0 KB/sec 09:40/1197:04:03:16
Scanning - broken

Same time utility shows ready state of HDD/No any error in Seagate F3 Utilty.
Even Only i click close process , mapped screen appears and if i started copying again it runs for some time.


Any suggestion

Hello,

Try to turn off background processes in the drive.

Got same problem with WD 1TB SMR Palmer drive. Exact same problem

ext error NO SATA Connection
