DE Viewer - Export Report Problem.

DE Viewer - Export Report Problem.
I have difficulties using the "Export Report" funciton after taking a snapshot of the drive.
It gives me this error.
My OS is German. This would translate roughly to "Not registered Class".
Any idea how to resolve this issue?
