How to select files with data chains in a certain range?

Hi there,

I have a drive with failed heads where I managed to clone approx. first 350m sectors before the heads (donor) crashed again. I don't have another donor head and I doubt client would pay for it.

MFT is in good condition and I can see that there is approx. 750GB of user data on the drive.

I can see in explorer that the folder structure is rather complex, very wide (lots of root folders) and deep (several levels of subfolders in each folder). Lots of files in each folder as well

I want to copy only the files which have at least staring sector or if possible all data chains within the range which I cloned (i.e. in the first 350m sectors). The reason being I want to show the client only the files which are usable i.e. to omit all empty files.

I have done the map and sorted chains by starting sector but I don't know how to select only files with data chains within the cloned range.

Drive was external so there is not much fragmentation

Manual selection is out of the question as there are too many files and folders.

Please help me if you have the solution, I could not find anything in the manual or on this forum

Many thanks
