Hello

i have following hdd

Model : ST31500341AS
Serial : 9VS372TK
Firmware : CC1H
Capacity : 1 397.27 GB (2 930 277 168)

It was in busy state.
i tried busy state solution and it resolved
but if i tried partition analysis ,showing data green Z icon (pic attached)
this hdd is attached as secondary (as i discussed with customer he said no encryption,no raid,no hdd password)

So please guide.

z - stays for zipped. Windows zip files on its own, when its option is set.
When file system has no serious problems, it is possible to save those files. Have you tried that?

If that will fail, you can try to mount the file system after partition analysis to your current OS and see what will happen.
