Can't create map! Resident Data! Bitlocked drive cannot Scan Selected Chains

Hi everyone!

I am recovering a drive with Bitlocker. Upon Mapping folders and files, there is no option to Scan Selected Chains, got an error Can't create map! Resident Data! upon mapping single files, folders in the tree. what can i do to scan them??

You need to create map based on drive info.

Mark needed files and folders on decrypted partition.
Then right mouse click on the root -> “Map” - > “Map of marked files and folders” option.

Then, at the top side of window “Create map based on drive info” option. You’ll find it under the “Grid” icon.
Now you can launch an imaging process of chains.
