Building Heads Map keeps getting stuck at 95%

I have a 2TB WD drive that have many bad sectors. WD20EZBX-00YRA0
Upon building heads map either on T2 or module 190. The DE keeps getting stuck at 95%
Does anyone have this issue?? Does anyone know how to Solve this??
