Postby drp » 14.10.15, 04:38

Hello,

Imaging mapped files and folder using DE.
Model No ST31000528AS.
imaging with individual head Out of 4 heads.
While imaging H1/H2/H3 worked fast but H0 imaging very slow(Speed less that 1KB/S).
While imaging with h0 it runs for some time (with speed of less than 1 kbps) imaging process stops with following error

Software reset...
Hardware reset Ok
No SATA connection!
Read sectors (1 887 725 431-1) ext error NO SATA Connection
*******************************************************************************************************************************************************
Copying Size 1.1 MB/ 194.1 GB 0.0 B/ 2.0 KB/sec 09:40/1197:04:03:16
Scanning - broken

Same time utility shows ready state of HDD/No any error in Seagate F3 Utilty.
Even Only i click close process , mapped screen appears and if i started copying again it runs for some time.

Any suggestion
Please guide
Thanks
