Problem of DE with a network folder

I wont to save a data in a network folder.
I've entered in the save menu of de the address of a folder,
De has send me an error
CANNOT CREATE FILE CLAUDIO-PC\C\612\SAVEERRORREPORT
There are a solution for this problem?
