How to calculate the bank size?

Hi ,
In the block number 0000 parameters setting windows ,once checked the "bank size is not degree of 2 " option ,there will be a question dialoge to ask the bank size after click the OK button,knew that a bank consists of several blocks ,but how to find out it's size? And what its unit? blocks?
