SANDISK ULTRA 16GB SDHC

Hello, pls help me with transformation graph of the NAND chip extraction. Chip ID= 0x454C9593, SDTNQGBMB-016G. No XOR found, ECC correction OK, reread retry OK, Page transformation by ECC no files on RAW Recovery. I tried to use XOR 1872,351,2302 by ECC and run raw recovery, only three small thumbnails. SOLBASE did not help me.
