decrypt the data for these new CBM chips

Postby Cesarj » 02.03.20, 17:19

Any solution to decrypt the data for these new CBM chips and the new SK and to be able to deliver a solution to our customers through the expensive PC3000 Flash?

Thank you

Unfortunately adaptive XOR in the latest modifications of SK and CBM controllers does not allows us to recover data from them. This thing happens not only with PC-3000 Flash - no one can handle with Adaptive Xor encryption. Lucky for us, there are only a few controllers which use adaptive XOR. One of them are - Skymedy and Chipsbank. Probably in future we will make a solution, but this cases are pretty rare and we don't pay a lot attention on them.
With best regards

Sorry to hijack this thread and sorry again if this question is dumb.

How can I see if I'm handling a controller with adaptative XOR encryption?
