@italyassistance really helped me a lot, he took a view via TV and tried to help.
Finally, he gave me the contact to flash-killer, now he now tries to help me.
Now we know, that D0 and D1 need to be swapped,
the pinout in the database is wrong.
Now the correct ID is found, but no ECC so far.
And I find much more headers, but mostly defective files for sure.
