Hi there,

I recently purchased a new PC-3000 SAS. I'm am not as familiar with the SAS model as the SATA model. All utilities give the error posted in the screen shot attached.

I'm running the latest software from my update box and Windows 10 1909 x64.

I think it can't find the !Profiles folder, or it's set up incorrectly.
Someone from Ace will respond, but until then it won't hurt to try re-installing and pay attention to the !Profiles folder during setup.
