PC3000 SAS glitch

Postby lic » 19.02.25, 00:48

The latest version of the complex is installed. I launch the Fujitsu utility, select MBA, try to read the CPs or select to check the structure of the service information. The first 4 CPs are read normally, the 5th one cannot be read, and the complex stops working properly on all channels. Exiting the utilities and restarting does not help. A computer restart helps.

I have one more glitch. When I am trying to work with scsi drive or any other drive which I am choosing as system device - I can't use Data extractor - error appear - "Access violation at address..." . I attached picture with error. I tried to make fresh install of PC3000SAS, I tried to reinstall it - I still have this problem.
upd: I tried to install older version of PC3000SAS and found that if I use version 7.3 - I can use Data Extractor with system devices. If I try to use any newer version - I am getting this error. In same time Data Extractor works fine on sas channels in any version.
