That's completely understandable. I don't think we would be able to come to an agreement anyway.
The only thing is that you might want to be fair to your client and tell him that there is a solution out there, instead of seating on a drive for a month.

The answer is in my first post: "All work is done inhouse and if something can't be done we inform the customer and recommend other labs that might be able to do it including others on this forum."
I've come to many agreements with other engineers otherwise I would not be in business but distance between us is also a factor in regards to "outsourcing". I would be happy to share methods and tech with you that I'm personally responsible for if you need anything.

Thanks Amarbir, I really appreciate it. However I'm already familiar with the 3TB versions and we've been dealing them and SED quite well. Our problem is with the 4TB versions which have the location of the headmap in ram in a different area.
