Is partition damaged? Are there any other issues with the device?

It is set with data copy enabled? bit-locker is properly identified?

Try to mount with permit writing, check if windows can identify bitlocker protected volume. You are sure password is correct?

there are many factors that could result in this failure to decrypt, it is difficult to try to offer any support at the moment until you can state all you have tried already and condition of the media...

Try the recovery key instead of password to se if it makes any difference.
I had a few cases where password did not work, but im almost certain that client remembered the wrong password, but recovery key worked :)
