Samsung HD105SI

The drive does not come ready. Heads function in donor drive and with donor heads in patient I was able to do a hot swap and extract Modules and Tracks. But I was not able to image after the swap. I was even able to build heads map. When I start imaging it just gets busy and does not continue. I try soft and hardware reset with no luck.
Is there a COM terminal connection for these drives?
Can anyone provide proper HOT SWAP instructions?

Nothing yet... I can't figure out what COM Port adapter to use. I get terminal busy.
