Open HDD command Error

Toshiba HDD 3.5" Model DT01ACA050
Firmware MS1OA750
Capacity 500GB

User password set for this HDD, when i run "Open HDD" command it gives following error "Security unlock error: Device error detected ABR". What is the issue?

This is a Hitachi ARM Family Drive ,Select Dle Family
