Odd GBK files Filling Up OS Drive

Today I was surprised to find that my OS SSD was completely full (was only 1/3 full last week). I couldn't find anything manually looking through my files so I finally resorted to using WinDirStat to search. And this is what I found:



There were 8 of these 22.9Gb GBK files within my Windows/System32 folder. The name "PC3000 + date" makes me assume that's the program that generated them. Was this just an odd glitch or can I expect this to happen at times? It's never happened before.

GBK is your DB backup from PC3000. Check if you by mistake has enabled automatic backup to SysWOW64 folder in Database access settings.

Open Database in PC3k And Click On Settings You Will See Backup Settings .Here You Will See when system Takes Backups And How Many Backups It Keeps .You Can Set That To Monthly Backup And Only 3 Backups .Its Safe To Remove All .gbk files other then the last one sir .Hope This Helps a Pro Like you

Yes, I figured that's what it was. The stupid thing is that I've never saved my database, it's backups, or anything else on the SSD. That was always on my RAID array (D:) in the machine. Seems that my !Profiles folder has now also moved it's default location to the C:, grrr!!! And there's no way to change that back short of re-installing the program. Perhaps my system glitched and it though the drive was offline, so it defaults to C:. Would really be nice if there was an option to change that.
