PC-3000 UDMA-E Cant install

Hello I was trying to reinstall our pc3000 software
apparently the drive i used failed and wont boot when
I use the old key that include in the documentation i got a pop-up saying "instalation is not compatible with your PC-3000 hardware".

i hope you can help me guys with my problem.
