how to unlock a pc3000 kit.
when i install and upload *.arf file for download , shows following message:
Your PC-3000 kit is locked.


why shows this message, What can I do?
please help me.

why?
I am sure of the authenticity of the device.
It happened after the operating system was replaced and reinstalled.
