I have Seagate rosewood , 2tb , St2000Lm007 Hard Drive.

1. While applying patch from pc3000, version 6.6.36. It gives error it is already patched.

"ROM is already corrected!
Tech Mode unlocking preparation, (patch).................... : Error
Error correction ROM data"

2. While deleting patch from utility. gives following error.

Error correction ROM data
Error : BFW compatibility sect. inx err!
"Tech Mode Unlock (patch)" delete........................... : Error

I can not access the Terminal. Shows diagnostic port is locked. I have attached the patch rom file.

The HDD detects perfectly. I can access few sectors from starting. It has media cache problem.

You can do it with PC-3000. Just make official ticket request and our guys will help you
