Hi,
When i connect the seagate hard drive it remains on BSY state. After shortening it comes in into the DRD and DSC state. On AutoDetect and move forward it gives the following info and error in logs:
Selected family .... 00, F3 Arch (Common)
Model by ID ........ ST_M13FQBL
Tech Key.....
Error starting command "En Tech" (ABR)
I also do not get access to terminal. Kindly help
