Virus scanner is identifying the following PC-3000 FLASH file as a potentially unwanted program: DE_Report_UdmaE.dll

Is it safe to delete this file?

Hello?
This file is still being identified as a potentially unwanted program by ESET online scanner in 2020. Any info as to why?

Hello. Try to use Kaspersky Internet Security or Windows Defender. No need to hunt on witches in the place where no witches :)
