PC3K SHOWING DEADLOCK(BOARD)

i just update soft pc3k a few weeks ago, now soft showing error deadlock(board)... this messages showing after i using SSD utility for PS3019.. when running this utility in the middle of process soft stuck and showing error that need adapter PATA-SATA that compatible with pc3k.. my SSD is m-SATA.. now the soft oftenly showing dealock(board) messages and i can't run seagate utility

"Deadlock" happens to me all the time. Just annoying because PC3K-Align program doesn't work. But, never had it prevent anything else from working inside utility.
