Is it normal to only get speed 3000000 to work for boot code reading on Crawford? 60000000 starts reading and then says something about not finding ROM size. And, I can't seem to change speeds at all for reading system files. With Terminal 2, I recall that I could change speed in terminal to 1250000 (but I had to change the speed twice, it wouldn't work the first time but would the 2nd time). With Terminal 3, first time doesn't work, and then 2nd time freezes (when I feel like it should change speeds). This is with just one jumper on the 3V pins (is this correct?). Will there be any manual released for Terminal 3? Can you give us details on what speeds work for various families (both in terminal and when reading with boot code)?
Also, is this possible yet? Or only after new version of software released?
switch the transfer speed and voltage automatically with a software command from a specialized utility during the HDD family selection - the Adapter is software controlled*
Thanks,
Brian
