When learning to master the PC-3000 tools, you can use many ways:

-Studying our detailed know-how manuals
-Using our professional technical support service
-Visiting our in-depth training in Prague (the Czech Republic) and Rostov-on-Don (Russia) or booking the training in your office
-Watching our videos on the YouTube channel PC3000datarecovery
-NEW! Using our forums which now have FREE access
-NEW! Using the free PC-3000 Support Blog

We are glad to inform you that all the PC-3000 forums are OPEN and FREE for everyone now.

I'm afraid to say it's not good idea to open forum for everyone. Now a lot of untrusted opinions and solutions and DIY will be mixed together here . and alot of users who use fake tools like MRT which is totally stolen from ACE pc3000 , will got free informations and solutions .
Dear ACE Team , i think it will be good idea in the future to ask your users for such this step.

Our support team tries to do our best helping PC-3000 users.
Everyone who is interested in our product can get access to the information on forum and could feel all the power of the PC-3000 products! :) We think it's a good idea to create a comfortable place where everybody can discuss about their Data Recovery cases and share their experience with other users. We believe that those guys who use different types of fake boards will realise that it is much better to use authentic products and have access to all the services we offer! :)
And of course we are going to use strict moderation to protect users from all kinds of non-trustworthy DIY solutions.

Are you talking about the Forums or the PC-3000 Blog?

If you talk about the opened forums and afraid that some untrusted solutions and ideas will appear in forum discussion, everything is checked and moderated.

Our forums are mainly aimed at the discussions between the PC-3000 users who want to share their ideas and provide some advice to each other. The same topics might be discussed in other data recovery forums which might be free to access.

Though, our forums have a lot of useful information, the forums are not aimed at posting some “know how” information, any special tricks which can be stolen by users of the fake DR tools or providing the free technical support here. It is only for your convenience to talk with the other experienced PC-3000 users.
If you want to get access to the “know how” technologies you can contact to our Technical Support and read the PC-3000 manuals.

As for the PC-3000 Support Blog we are sure that it will help the users to use the PC-3000 better and easier.

Please feel free to share your opinion here or e-mail to sales@acelab.ru

Dear Amarbir,

We can understand your point of view.
Our forums were closed for many years and accumulated some interesting topics with helpful solutions.

The decision to make it open for reading was made due to the intention to demonstrate the advantages of PC-3000 products to broader public.
We want to show to all DR engineers how many opportunities they are missing when they are not using the PC-3000.

This is not bad when the information about the PC-3000 technologies becomes available to everybody who is involved in data recovery industry.
We live in the 21st century when information is widely shared across the global networks.

As for the quality of discussions in our Forum,
we fully agree with you that there is still much room for improvement, and now we are carefully thinking this over.

You are welcome to share any wishes and ideas about improving our Forum with our management at sales@acelab.ru.

I think that opening the forum is not a very good idea too.
We needed more of more support from ACE team on some questions here that were not answered.
If we get more/better support, even more DR guys would recommend and use ACE Labs products.

The idea of the blog is good, but like this on the forum, will cause more DIY from people that really don't understand DR, and it will also cause that reputable DR colleagues will not help or share their solutions so they don't get "stolen".

PS: By the way, there's a 0 (zero) missing on the topic tittle

What does this mean?

I think the issues with the forum being open is more to the fact that topics and conversations that were previously posted on the understanding that the information would not be disclosed publicly is now available to everyone. As it is open, we are aware that anything we post now will be available to everyone, but maybe older topics should have been 'locked' from new users who do not own PC3000 hardware/software.

Well, you should understand that all data recovery engineers are brothers to each others :) I think that for the new customer, who just bought PC-3000 product, need more experience before he will be able to solve any case. Our forum - is a good opportunity for new customers to read all old topics and found solution for similar cases and did not post new topics with the same case and solution which is already presented.

The same thing for other type of visitors who don't have PC-3000. They can check - how effective PC-3000 is for data recovery, and opened blog and forum will help them to make decision for buying new product and wade in our big PC-3000 family 8)

I can see that will make for a good business decision. But it will definitely not help the users who already use the PC-3000 and post their expertise on the forum. It will hinder the free flow of advise, which already is not satisfactory. You will have to rethink your decision or forum participation will really slow down.
