Please kindly note that the 31st December - the 9th of January are the official holidays in the Russian Federation.

If you haven't received your license from lic@acelab.ru or activation from activation@acelab.ru, please get it from here or send a license/activation request copy to ts@acelab.ru.
The Technical Support Team will be available on the special holiday schedule during these days.
All requests will be processed only through the tickets at ts.acelab.eu.com; Live Chat Online and Team Viewer will be available starting from the 12th of January.
