Hi,

The activation server http://license.acelab.ru/index.php has not avalaible...what happened?

There were problems with activation server webpage, however it was possible to get activation over e-mail.
If the .arf file is sent to lic@acelab.ru or activation@acelab.ru e-mail, in 10-15 mins you will got the activation key.
