Please note that ACE Lab Technical Support Team will be available on the special holiday schedule from January 2 (Thursday), 2025 till January 8 (Wednesday), 2025.
During these days, all the requests will be processed through tickets at ACE Lab Technical Support Portal only.
Some time delay with Team Viewer help sessions is possible till January 8, 2025.
If you haven't received your activation/*.act file from http://activation1.acelab.eu.com or http://activation2.acelab.eu.com, please send *.arf file via ticket in our Technical Support System.
