Please note that ACE Lab Technical Support Team will be available on the special holiday schedule from December 31, 2019 till January 8, 2020.
During these days all the requests will be processed through tickets at http://ts.acelab.eu.com/ only. Team Viewer will be available starting from the January 9, 2020.
If you haven't received your activation/*.act file from http://activation1.acelab.eu.com or http://activation2.acelab.eu.com, please send *.arf file via ticket in our Technical Support System.
