yeah, it is a shame that there isn't a single phone model on the list that I've seen before. There may be some of them around here from ebay purchases, but certainly not through the carriers.

I think that each customer can decide for himself - does he need a PC-3000 Mobile or not. We don't want to cheat anyone, all existing features are describe on our website, so everyone can make it's own decision.

A few questions:
1.Should the Samsung S5 be on the list of mobiles as that is what it in the video?
2. What if the mobile is not rooted before recovery? Surely if you can access the phone to root it, you should be able to access the data?
3. Can you forsee iphones or Samsung phones being added in the next year or so?

Hello. Thanks for your question.

1. It's recommended to chose compatible Vendor Utility for each phone, but generally - it's not critical, you can use Default Vendor. The main idea - each Vendor Utility might provide some additional advices about recovery process;
2. If Mobile Phone is not rooted but belongs to supported models of Phones (based on supported Mediatek or Qualcomm platforms) you still can get access to data. All ROOTed phones are supported - no matter what type of brand or model name do you have;
3. Our developers are working on new models of Mobile Phones, and in future more of them would be added in supported list. iOS devices also under developing but it's hardly to say even approximate time when they will appear in PC-3000 Mobile. Smartphones research is a very complex thing which requires a lot of time and resources.
